If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you want to hit up Genki Ramen House. It's super convenient if you need to catch a bite after hitting the airport or shopping in the area. The service is efficient and friendly. The soup base is delicious, and two bowls of udon fed me and my husband for two lunches. Why eat at one of the fast food places nearby when you could eat here for practically the same price? They have awesome specials too. The ambiance is lacking, but totally doesn't matter because the rest makes up for it. Definitely on heavy rotation when in Hilo.May 19, 2017
